HOW THE PIG WORKS

a memecoin that runs a little lottery. every 5 minutes. forever.

the loop

  1. 1FILLevery trade drops a small fee into the pot.
  2. 2CLAIMthe pig collects the pot.
  3. 3SPINit picks one stock at random.
  4. 4DRAWit picks one holder at random.
  5. 5PAY80% buys the stock and it lands straight in the winner's wallet — no claiming.
  6. 6BURN20% buys PIGGY and destroys it.

~288 waves a day.

if the pot is under 0.00 SOL, no draw — it rolls over and the next wave is bigger. buying a stock with a pot that small costs more in fees and account rent than the prize is worth.

provably fair

before each wave the pig publishes a commitment — the hash of a secret — plus a Solana slot about one wave in the future. it controls the secret but not that slot's blockhash; the chain controls the blockhash but knows nothing of the secret.

what decides the wave is the hash of both together, so neither side can steer it. afterwards the secret and the full entrant list are published, and every draw page recomputes the whole result in your own browser.

who can win

anyone holding at least 0.05% of the supply at the snapshot — usually a few hundred wallets. nothing to sign up for, nothing to stake. connecting a wallet is optional and only proves an address is yours: it authorises no transaction, and entry does not depend on it.

a bigger balance means more tickets, but no wallet may exceed 2% of the tickets in a draw. holding more helps; holding a lot does not let you own the outcome.

liquidity pools, the bonding curve, the pig's own wallet and known exchange deposit addresses are excluded — program-owned accounts are detected on-chain, so pools that appear later are excluded too.

what you can win

xStocks — tokenized US equities issued by Backed Finance and traded on Solana. the wheel is rebuilt from live quotes before every draw, and a stock only stays on it if the wave can buy it while losing less than 2% to slippage.

real shares, small size — often $20–40. at the weekend and overnight the depth thins out and waves roll over instead of overpaying.

risks

an xStock tracks the price of a share but is not a share: no voting rights, no direct claim on the company. these tokens carry a permanent delegate and a pause switch, so Backed Finance can freeze transfers or reclaim them — including after a prize reaches you. that power sits with the issuer, not with this project.

crypto is volatile, prizes are small and random and never guaranteed, and a memecoin can go to zero. only put in what you can lose.

the clock's already running.
